A group of 24 of us visited this course last weekend and what a fantastic course it was - despite the rain it has endured this year and that day. The layout/design of the course is stunning; the greens were as fast as any course i have played on in the middle of a dry summer and the fairways were immaculate. Truly worth a visit...

What a stunning course. Fantastic views from tees, fairways and greens. Considering the fact that it had rained continually prior to our visit the course was in immaculate condition. The greens are the fastest we have played on in many visits to courses the length and breadth of Ireland. This course is fantastic value for money and a great test of golf for all handicap levels.
As for the clubhouse and green staff they could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.
LEE VALLEY 5 stars in every respect!!

Played the course during Jun 2003. The course was in excellent condition, particularly the greens. It is quite a challenging course for high handicappers but thoroughly worth the effort. The clubhouse and facilities were excellent and the staff very welcoming. The course can be quite tiring for older players.

I played here in May99. Very tough on the day I played as it was very windy and as the course was quiet long it was tiring. Never the less the course was in very good condition with exceptional greens. First class clubhouse with friendly staff and members, also the food was good. I played 36 holes here and it was well worth the day out.
