Golf de la Grande-Motte Player Reports
Clyde Murray (England) 10/05/08
Played the full course and the par 3 (with some par 4s sprinkled in) just after Easter. Beautiful place. Very friendly staff (who saved our blushes by speaking perfect English, shame on us!) and some top notch golf. Definitely an American style target-golf course which presented a interesting challenge. The card is a little more intimidating than the course but be warned, stay well clear of the water because anything near seems to get gobbled up. The greens were a little firm (for April) but they ran true. This is well worth a vist and you can drop the missus at the beach. Nice.

Played here July 2003. Very attractive course, well laid out and in excellent condition. A very
walkable course it's quite flat. Staff very welcoming, restaurant excellent value.
Will certainly make this a regular stop-off on our trips to Spain. You'll enjoy playing here.

Played the Pink Flamingos Championship Course. Lots of water, excellent greens, tough layout, very American in design. Fairly flat, easy walking on the former marshland around the lagoons (cannigou). We played on a very windy day and it was a real test of golf. Some of the higher handicappers may need to carry plenty of balls. Enjoy it!
