Off A21 two miles south of the new Princess Royal Hospital.
From the hospital on A21 drive south to 2nd roundabout and take 3rd exit for 100yds to mini roundabout. Turn left into Shire Lane and take third road on left High Elms Road, signposted 'Down House'.

Beautiful parkland.

18 holes 6221 yards.Par 71, S.S.S. 70.

Very tough par 3 13th hole (Stroke index 2, 213 yds).
